  • Yes. We can build on your existing property or help evaluate a potential lot. We coordinate site work such as excavation, well, septic, drainage, and grading as part of the build process.

  • We primarily build in Southwest Michigan and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service area, just reach out and we’ll let you know.

  • Our pricing is straightforward and clearly defined. It typically includes everything for a new home besides the land. Construction, site work, standard finishes, and major systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Well, septic, and utilities are included as well. Any allowances or upgrades are outlined upfront so there are no surprises.

  • Yes. Many of our homes are built on slab foundations with no basement. This allows for efficient construction, lower maintenance, and true single-level living.

  • Absolutely. Clients select items such as flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint colors, fixtures, and exterior finishes. We guide you through selections to keep the process simple and cohesive.

  • Yes. We coordinate all required permits, inspections, and approvals with local building departments and licensed contractors.

  • Yes. We build with energy efficiency in mind, including modern insulation practices, sealed ductwork, high-efficiency HVAC systems, and quality windows and doors.
